The deployment of the June 2026 update for Marvel Future Fight catalyzed a monumental shift in the game's endgame ecosystem through the introduction of the Shadowland Challenge Mode. The Challenge Mode fundamentally subverts the established paradigm by operating as a brutal, highly difficult 30-floor extension that lifts the single-use character restriction entirely, permitting unrestricted reuse of characters across multiple floors!
Systemic Prerequisites for Progression
The mathematical damage mitigation parameters coded into the Challenge Mode bosses scale exponentially, acting as a severe hardware check on a player's underlying account statistics.
- Comic Card Pierce and Attack Stats: Players require a Comic Card deck featuring at least 25% Pierce Damage.
- Character Investment & Uniforms: The mode mandates characters built to at least T4 or T3 Lvl 80 equipped with their latest uniforms.
- Custom Gear Dependencies: The mode strictly enforces a PvE-centric build philosophy. C.T.P.s of Rage, Energy, and Judgement are mandatory for Main DPS roles.
- The Support and Leadership Economy: Characters like White Fox, Valkyrie, Shuri, Taskmaster, and Dazzler are the most valuable assets in the Challenge Mode economy.
Instead of building dozens of mediocre Tier-2 or Tier-3 characters, the Challenge Mode demands a highly concentrated stable of maximized Tier-4 characters that can fulfill multiple overlapping tag requirements.
Many stages (such as 2, 4, 7, 8, 10, 16, 18, 19, 22, 23, 26, and 28) are straightforward DPS checks where you simply need to burst down the boss. However, a crucial piece of advice for harder stages is to use the corners and edges of the arena. Parking yourself against a wall can force bosses to dash into the wall rather than away from you, maximizing your DPS.
General Strategy for Floors 1-10 & Character Recommendations
The core strategy for clearing the first ten floors revolves around strict team composition.
- Team Composition: Always prioritize a [Leader] + [Main DPS] + [Support] structure.
- Supports: Characters like Shuri and Phil Coulson are invaluable for their damage buffs.
- DPS: Tier-4 characters are highly recommended to bypass the DPS checks, alongside a high amount of Pierce on your Comic Cards.
- Team 1 (Absolute Best): Prioritizes the absolute best meta characters available, including premium and seasonal uniforms.
- Team 2 (Alternative): Focuses on the best possible characters while completely avoiding seasonal or paywall dependencies.
- Team 3 (F2P): Highlights characters that are free-to-play, accessible, and very quick and easy to build.
- Team 4 (F2P Alternative): Additional accessible, easy-to-build F2P options utilizing the remaining viable roster.

Author Account Build Stats (Clear Benchmark)
Investment: ~₹11,000 INRAll personal stage clears, difficulty ratings, and tactical notes in this guide are tested on this account profile. Use these stats as a realistic baseline for what is needed to clear each challenge tier:
Floor-by-Floor Guide (1-10)
Floor 1: Weapon Hex & Captain America (Zombie)
Lead: Nick Fury | Main DPS: Ghost Rider (T4) / Luna Snow (T4) | Support: Taskmaster
Lead: Star-Lord | Main DPS: Spider-Gwen (T4) | Support: Phil Coulson
Lead: Captain America | Main DPS: Iron Man (T3) | Support: Shuri
Lead: Robbie Reyes | Main DPS: Venom (T3) | Support: Taskmaster
Extra Tip: Kill them (1 hp) and then run away for 12 seconds (can switch heroes)
I used a Ghost Rider team. This stage has a lot of good DPS, leads, and supports, so it wasn't that hard.
Floor 2: Hades & Zeus
Lead: She-Hulk | Main DPS: Gladiator | Support: Valkyrie
Lead: Sif | Main DPS: Ares | Support: M'Baku
Lead: Beast | Main DPS: Captain America | Support: Taskmaster
Lead: Namor | Main DPS: Ares | Support: Gladiator
Extra Tip: deal damage and don't get hit too much (standard stage)
I had to buy Ares' latest uniform and build him up, and then I was able to clear it. There aren't many DPS characters available for this floor (Combat + Strong), though there are plenty of leads and supports.
Floor 3: Mysterio
Lead: Nick Fury | Main DPS: Black Widow | Support: White Fox
Lead: Spider-Man 2099 | Main DPS: Miles Morales | Support: Taskmaster
Lead: Elsa Bloodstone | Main DPS: Hawkeye | Support: Mockingbird
Lead: Black Widow | Main DPS: Hawkeye | Support: Nick Fury
Extra Tip: use auto attack to kill clones, then defeat Mysterio normally
Floor 4: Rocket Raccoon & Groot
Lead: Gamora | Main DPS: Gamora (T4) / Ares | Support: Yondu & Angela
Lead: Ronan | Main DPS: Ares | Support: Proxima Midnight
Lead: Groot | Main DPS: Gamora | Support: Nebula
Lead: Hela | Main DPS: Beta Ray Bill | Support: Star-Lord
Extra Tip: deal damage and don't get hit too much; burst down Rocket Raccoon first to remove ranged harass
I cleared it with Gamora, Yondu, and Angela. If you have these three, it shouldn't be that difficult. However, the available characters for this stage are very limited, so if you are new or don't have good cards, swords, etc., this stage can cause trouble.
Floor 5: Hulk
Lead: She-Hulk | Main DPS: Hulk (Super Villain Uni / Latest Uni) | Support: None Needed / Red Hulk
Lead: She-Hulk | Main DPS: Thanos | Support: Abomination
Lead: America Chavez | Main DPS: Luke Cage | Support: Jessica Jones
Lead: Thing | Main DPS: Hulk | Support: Colossus
Extra Tip: you deal a lot more damage if you use gamma allies (even if not t4)
This stage was not hard at all. I was able to clear it using She-Hulk lead and Hulk with his Super Villain uniform (his latest uniform can also clear easily). Other supports like Sandman's seasonal crystal uniform exist, but you can skip them—I didn't need them with my account stats. Thanos is also a good alternative DPS here.
Floor 6: Slapstick
Lead: Gamora | Main DPS: Miles Morales | Support: Spider-Gwen
Lead: Elsa Bloodstone | Main DPS: Silk | Support: White Fox
Lead: Winter Soldier | Main DPS: Spider-Man | Support: Shuri
Lead: Rogue | Main DPS: Luna Snow | Support: Bullseye
Extra Tip: answer the trivia correctly (very fun)
Floor 7: Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch & Wong (Zombie Uniforms)
Lead: Ronan | Main DPS: Odin | Support: Yondu
Lead: Odin | Main DPS: Odin | Support: Yondu & Valkyrie (2nd Support)
Lead: Beta Ray Bill | Main DPS: Thor (T4) | Support: Phyla-Vell
Lead: Medusa | Main DPS: Gamora | Support: Valkyrie
Extra Tip: Kill them (1 hp) and then run away for 12 seconds (can switch heroes)
There are lots of good and meta characters available for this floor, but Odin is definitely the best pick. I cleared it in 4-5 tries using Ronan lead, Odin as main DPS, and Yondu support. There are plenty of great supports here like Valkyrie and Phyla-Vell, and other viable DPS options like Thor and Gamora. The ideal best team is Odin lead, Yondu support, and Valkyrie as 2nd support.
Floor 8: Sharon Rogers
Lead: Nick Fury | Main DPS: Gamora | Support: Yondu
Lead: Wave | Main DPS: Shadow Shell (T4) | Support: Shuri
Lead: Elsa Bloodstone | Main DPS: Kate Bishop | Support: Hawkeye
Lead: Rogue | Main DPS: Spider-Gwen | Support: Bullseye
Extra Tip: Nick Fury lead paired with Yondu support provides strong buffs for Gamora to burst Sharon down.
Floor 8 was difficult and took multiple attempts, but I was able to clear it with Gamora as main DPS, Nick Fury lead, and Yondu support.
Floor 9: Dar-Benn
Lead: Cyclops | Main DPS: Odin | Support: Phyla-Vell
Lead: Polaris | Main DPS: Magneto | Support: Dazzler
Lead: Wave | Main DPS: Shadow Shell | Support: Shuri
Lead: Star-Lord | Main DPS: Iron Man | Support: Phil Coulson
Extra Tip: Keep up consistent offensive rotations; this floor has broad hero flexibility and can be cleared in very few attempts.
There are plenty of good character options for this floor. I cleared it with no trouble in under 5 tries using Cyclops lead, Odin as main DPS, and Phyla-Vell support. Another very strong team that works great is Magneto with Dazzler and Polaris supports.
Floor 10: Apocalypse
Lead: Cyclops | Main DPS: Storm | Support: Dazzler
Lead: Cyclops | Main DPS: Magneto | Support: Dazzler
Lead: Polaris | Main DPS: Wolverine / Rogue | Support: Dazzler
Lead: Cyclops | Main DPS: Havok / Kid Omega | Support: Beast
Extra Tip: Keep Apocalypse caught in high elemental burst damage loops and maintain distance during his heavy slam attacks.
There are a lot of good options for this floor like Storm and Magneto, as well as great leads and supports. I cleared it with Cyclops lead, Storm as main DPS, and Dazzler support. Both Storm and Magneto can easily clear this stage with these strong supports.
General Strategy for Floors 11-20 & Pro-Tips
The mid-tier floors heavily emphasize learning boss attack patterns, as many floors require multiple attempts to master.
- Strategic Trick: For high-stage clears, utilize the 24-hour 100% discount CTP unequip event (which typically arrives during major updates) to swap powerful CTPs onto characters specifically for clearing difficult stages without spending crystals.
Floor-by-Floor Guide (11-20)
Floor 11: Green Goblin
Lead: Green Goblin | Main DPS: Mephisto | Support: Enchantress
Lead: Thanos | Main DPS: Thanos (Farmer Uni) | Support: Morgan Le Fay
Lead: Hela | Main DPS: Loki | Support: Taskmaster
Lead: Knull | Main DPS: Mephisto | Support: Gorr
Extra Tip: deal damage and don't get hit too much (difficult stage)
Floor 12: MODOK
Lead: Emma Frost | Main DPS: Emma Frost | Support: Mystique
Lead: Professor X | Main DPS: Professor X | Support: Morgan Le Fay
Lead: Kid Omega | Main DPS: Mysterio | Support: Taskmaster
Lead: Professor X | Main DPS: Jean Grey | Support: Psylocke
Extra Tip: stand in blue circle of drone until it dies (and MODOK re-appears)
Floor 13: Boss Lizard
Lead: Nick Fury | Main DPS: Luna Snow (T4, Latest Uni) | Support: White Fox
Lead: Miles Morales | Main DPS: Miles Morales (Ancient Curse - Seasonal Crystal Uniform) | Support: Scarlet Spider
Lead: Elsa Bloodstone | Main DPS: Spider-Man | Support: Shuri
Lead: Bullseye | Main DPS: Luna Snow | Support: Black Widow
Extra Tip: Stand in a corner with Lizard facing you so he spits his acid outside of the arena.
This was also a very frustrating stage where I got stuck for a long time across multiple days of attempts and many tries. I then built Luna Snow to T4, and only then was I able to clear it. Luna Snow's latest uniform at T4 is extremely important, and she is also invaluable for multiple other stages.
Floor 14: Hydra Battle Tower
Lead/Main: Black Widow (T3 Lvl 70/80 or T4) | Supports not required
Lead: Red Guardian | Main DPS: Black Widow (T3) | Support: Yelena Belova / Taskmaster
Lead/Main: Black Widow (T3 Lvl 70)
Lead: Winter Soldier | Main DPS: Black Widow (T3) | Support: Taskmaster
Extra Tip: DODGE! Learn the laser cycle patterns, stay in safe zones, and attack the Hydra Battle Tower between laser sweeps.
Floor 15: Silver Surfer
Lead: Odin | Main DPS: Odin (T4) & Hulk (Latest Uni, Mighty CTP Regen) | Support: Yondu
Lead: Ghost Panther | Main DPS: Jean Grey (T4) | Support: Polaris
Lead: Nick Fury | Main DPS: Sharon Rogers (T4) | Support: Valkyrie
Lead: Captain America | Main DPS: Iron Man | Support: Phil Coulson
Extra Tip: pace attacks to avoid reflect suicide; spam Odin's 1 & 2 skills to quickly charge the T4 rotation
This is a very difficult stage because of Silver Surfer's reflect damage, taking many attempts and extensive team testing:
- Tested Team A (Odin Lead + Yondu + Black Knight): Tested Black Knight for his reflect damage reduction passive, but Odin kept dying repeatedly to reflect spikes.
- Tested Team B (Hulk + Black Knight + Nick Fury): Had decent survivability, but simply couldn't dish out enough damage to beat the timer. (A higher reflect reduction support like America Chavez, or a dedicated Gamma support like Abomination's seasonal Infected Bioweapon uniform could theoretically help Hulk's DPS, though untested).
- Winning Strategy (Odin Lead + Hulk + Yondu): Used Hulk (latest uniform with Mighty CTP of Regeneration) to break shields, but carefully slowed down attacks because burst spamming causes reflect to kill Hulk repeatedly. Swapped to Odin for primary damage and spammed skills 1 & 2 whenever possible to charge his T4 gauge rapidly. Odin was equipped with his artifact and a CTP of Rage (later switched to CTP of Conquest, which works slightly better).
Floor 16: Hawkeye
Lead: Kang the Conqueror | Main DPS: Kang the Conqueror (T4, Latest Uni) | Support: Taskmaster & Carnage (Filler)
Lead: Sin | Main DPS: Doctor Doom (T4) | Support: Taskmaster
Lead: Crossbones | Main DPS: Kingpin | Support: Taskmaster
Lead: Bullseye | Main DPS: Doctor Octopus | Support: Taskmaster
Extra Tip: Keep constant pressure on Hawkeye to interrupt his arrow volleys; Kang's time-freeze and iframe tracking keep the encounter safe.
This stage has very few character options, but it was not very difficult because I had Kang with his latest uniform at T4. I cleared it with Kang lead and Taskmaster support; there weren't many other support options, so I used Carnage as the third member. If you have lower card pierce or all attack stats, Red Skull's Halloween seasonal crystal uniform is a very useful support to have, though I was able to clear without a second support.
Floor 17: Deadpool
Lead: Sleeper | Main DPS: Venom (T4, Latest Uni) | Support: None / Athena
Lead: Polaris | Main DPS: Wolverine | Support: Dazzler
Lead: Venom | Main DPS: Anti-Venom | Support: Groot
Lead: Cyclops | Main DPS: Deadpool | Support: Gorr
Extra Tip: Watch the pose closely and choose the matching Deadpool clone (often the far right one); time your T4 rotation burst carefully.
I used Venom with Sleeper lead. I didn't have any support because Deadpool is a Super Hero (unless you have Athena, standard supports won't buff against him). This was an extremely difficult and frustrating stage—I rage-quit multiple times and took around 20–30 attempts. I had a CTP of Destruction on Venom, which made the run heavily RNG-dependent on hitting the damage proc properly. Even with Venom's latest uniform maxed out and his artifact equipped, it was a massive struggle. Finally, on one lucky run, I landed the damage proc on his T4 rotation twice and cleared it. Be very careful during the clone phase: observe the exact action/pose he performs and select the clone doing that pose (for me, it was mostly on the far right / last one).
Floor 18: Iceman/Human Torch
Lead: Hela | Main DPS: Supergiant | Support: Proxima Midnight
Lead: Morgan Le Fay | Main DPS: Morgan Le Fay | Support: Enchantress
Lead: Titania | Main DPS: Titania | Support: Viper
Lead: Madelyne Pryor | Main DPS: Scarlet Witch | Support: Jean Grey
Extra Tip: deal damage and don't get hit too much (standard stage)
Floor 19: Apocalypse
Lead: Cyclops | Main DPS: Magneto (T4) | Support: Dazzler
Lead: Polaris | Main DPS: Hope Summers | Support: Dazzler
Lead: Cyclops | Main DPS: Stryfe | Support: Kid Omega
Lead: Magneto | Main DPS: Storm | Support: Kid Omega
Extra Tip: deal damage and don't get hit too much (standard stage)
Floor 20: Maximus/Gorgon
Lead: Medusa | Main DPS: Ms. Marvel | Support: Black Bolt
Lead: Medusa | Main DPS: Black Bolt (Seasonal) | Support: Karnak
Lead: Medusa | Main DPS: Black Bolt (Base Uni) | Support: Gorgon
Lead: Black Bolt | Main DPS: Crystal | Support: Kamala Khan
Extra Tip: Use elemental DPS when needed and watch out for robot summon phases.
Currently a major hard-stop bottleneck for many accounts (including the guide author). The Inhuman roster is historically outdated:
- Black Bolt (Fallen Soul): Has a T4 advancement and high damage, but his uniform is a Seasonal Halloween exclusive (cannot be bought with standard crystals year-round) and building him to T4 for a single stage is a massive resource sink.
- Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan - Disney+): Available year-round for crystals and possesses a Tier-4 advancement, but she is far from top-tier DPS. Sinking materials to T4 her specifically for this stage is a notable risk and still demands high card pierce and attack stats to beat the timer.
- Verdict: Both uniforms are average/outdated in the current meta. Unless you already own Black Bolt's seasonal uniform, it is strongly recommended to WAIT for a modern Inhuman update/uniform rather than sinking crystals and T4 materials into outdated kits just for this floor.
General Strategy for Floors 21-30 & Pro-Tips
The final floors demand absolute precision and the highest level of account investment.
- Essential Gameplay Tips: For floor requirements involving Energy vs. Physical damage (like Floor 21), switching between characters at 50% HP is crucial to avoid reflect damage.
- T4 and Gear Requirement: The importance of T4 characters and specific builds (like Brilliant CTP of Rage) is paramount for the most difficult stages.

Floor 21: Cyclops/Cable
Lead: Cyclops | Main DPS: Wolverine | Support: Colossus
Lead: Magneto | Main DPS: Magneto | Support: Colossus

Floor 22: Juggernaut
Lead: Nick Fury | Main DPS: Kang the Conqueror (T4) | Support: White Fox
Lead: Wave | Main DPS: Spider-Gwen | Support: Shuri

Lead: Cyclops | Main DPS: Magneto (T4) | Support: Dazzler
Lead: Cyclops | Main DPS: Storm | Support: Beast

Lead: Vision | Main DPS: Iron Man (T3) | Support: Nebula
Extra Tip: stand in lasers to grow or shrink and dodge (or double switch)
Top DPS Character Recommendations for Bottlenecks
Certain floors act as severe progression bottlenecks requiring immense burst damage or specific tags. Ensure you have the following characters fully built (T4 or T3 Lvl 80):
- Jean Grey: Universal fallback for any Super Hero or Female restriction (e.g., Floor 15, Floor 28).
- Black Widow: Mandatory for the "Black Widow tag" (Floor 14) and Agent tags (Floor 3).
- Hulk: Undisputed king of the "Durability" tag (Floor 5) and highly recommended for Floor 27.
- Kang the Conqueror (T4, Latest Uni) / Doctor Doom (T4): Proven carry options for Human/Evil tags (Floor 16).
- Luna Snow (T4, Summer Uni): Highest raw Speed/Female DPS (Floor 29).

Conclusion
Commanders seeking to conquer all 30 floors and secure the 3,000 monthly tokens and the Mega T4 Ticket must systematically audit their rosters against specific tag requirements and invest heavily in high-value T4 DPS units and elemental supports.
