Quarantine is the eighth campaign mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. The squad infiltrates the Avalon Resort penthouse belonging to senior Guild bioengineer Gideon Falkner. You must navigate past resort security, bypass his private offices, and access a hidden lab facility where chemical testing occurs.

- Location: Resort Penthouse, Avalon
- Collectible Intel: 1 piece ("Lab Blueprint") found in a filing cabinet drawer in Falkner's main office desk.
- Top Item to Pick: The heavy tactical armor vest found near the starting zone, offering +50% bullet resistance for the rest of the mission.
Phase 1: Lobby Access
You begin in the resort gardens. Your first objective is to reach the service elevator leading up to the penthouse.
- Keycard Retrieval: Stealthily eliminate the security guard in the receptionist booth to obtain the elevator keycard.
- Take the Elevator: Enter the service shaft and use the keycard to ascend to the penthouse.
Phase 2: Penthouse Search
Falkner's penthouse is luxurious and guarded by elite Guild operatives. Locate the entry point to his secret basement lab.
Step-by-Step Objectives:
- Inspect the Study: Head to the private study. Pull the mock book titled "Avalon" on the third bookshelf to open the hidden wall passage.
- Lab Ingress: Go down the spiral staircase into the clean-room containment facility.
- Proceed to the next area: Follow the objective marker and eliminate any remaining hostiles to trigger the final phase sequence.
Phase 3: Laboratory Jammer Shutdown
Inside the lab, active C-Link jammers flood the rooms with hallucinogenic gas, spawning phantom waves of enemies.
- Destroy Jammers: Follow the audio static. Locate the three pulsing silver jammers mounted on the lab pillars and shoot them out.
- Secure the Bio-Sample: Once the gas clears, secure the bio-sample from the container rack and proceed to exfil.
Tips and Tricks
- Shoot Jammers Early: Jammers will continue to spawn phantom troops infinitely. Prioritize locating and destroying them as soon as you enter a new lab sector.
- Laser Tripwires: The hallways in the lab are guarded by laser tripwires. Shoot the sensor nodes at the base of the walls to disable them.
