General Tips & Tricks
Preparation and situational awareness are critical in this opening sequence.
- Cover is Key: Don't rush into the open. The new AI will flank you if you stay exposed. Always keep a piece of hard cover between you and the enemy spawn points, and utilize the new omnimovement to dive laterally out of danger.
- Explore Everywhere: The linear path often has small side rooms containing extra ammo and intel. Checking the corners of the initial compound will net you grenades and armor plates early on.
- Use Tactical Equipment: Don't forget your stun grenades before breaching rooms. The first breach sequence is a great place to practice throwing a stun through the door before rushing in to clear the blinded targets.
Coin Location
There is one hidden coin in this mission that will grant you extra currency for your Safe House upgrades.
- Coin: Found immediately after exiting the starting vehicle. Instead of following your squad straight ahead toward the main gate, hook a sharp right. You'll find a small cluster of green military crates stacked against the rock wall. The coin is resting on the ground tucked behind the largest crate.
Detailed Walkthrough: Phase 1 - Securing the Perimeter
The mission begins with a high-impact insertion outside the target compound. Your first objective is to secure the outer perimeter to allow your team to advance.
- Watchtowers First: As soon as you dismount the vehicle, push forward to the low concrete walls. Use the provided sniper rifle to take out the guards in the two watchtowers. Eliminating them first prevents them from pinning your squad down.
- Ground Assault: Once the snipers drop, switch to your assault rifle to clear the ground troops rushing from the main gate. Use the new omnimovement to dive laterally between cover points.
- Mission Progress Prerequisite: You must eliminate all enemies in the courtyard before the squad leader will trigger the breaching charge on the main gate.
Detailed Walkthrough: Phase 2 - Infiltrating the Compound
With the perimeter secure, you push into the vehicle depot. Stealth is highly recommended here to avoid an early lockdown.
- Silent Approach: Move through the gate and stick to the left wall. Crouch-walk behind the parked transport trucks.

The final push involves breaching the command center, securing the VIP data, and fighting your way out.
- The Breach: There are four heavily armed enemies inside the command center. Toss a flashbang before entering, then quickly sweep the room left to right to clear the blinded targets.
- Data Retrieval: Locate the target data terminal on the main desk and interact with it to begin the download. You must defend the room from a counter-attack until the bar fills.
- Unlockable: Successfully completing the download without letting the terminal take damage unlocks the "Iron Wall" Calling Card.
- Extraction: With the VIP secured, fight your way back out to the courtyard. Snipers have taken up positions on the rooftops. Suppress them while moving cover to cover until you reach the extraction helicopter.
