Navigate to Max's house block and challenge Max Tate's defensive Draciel Beyblade.
From the town center, head North-East to reach the residential block. Find Max's house (marked with a green roof). Before entering, look for the shady merchant in the alley next to Max's house. You can buy cheap stock Beyblades from him, strip their parts, and sell the shells to Max's father later!
Enter the house and challenge Max. Max uses his defensive Draciel S, which camps the center gravity of the arena. Avoid striking him head-on. Circle the outer perimeter of the dish to drain his stamina, then move in with the Up-Down-A strike to force a ring-out.
