The absolute biggest mistake new players make is selling Level 1 sushi. Always Enhance your dishes! Enhancing consumes multiple fish to permanently raise the base price and taste rating of a dish. Selling one Level 5 dish is far more profitable than selling five Level 1 dishes because customers are limited.
Once unlocked, the Fish Farm is a gold mine. Catching two of the same fish alive allows them to breed passively. Focus on breeding high-tier, high-value fish (like Sharks, Tuna, and Moray Eels) so you can harvest their meat without ever having to dive for them.
Always prepare in advance for Party Nights (e.g., Jellyfish Party, Shark Party). Customers will pay massive premiums for dishes that match the theme. Save your best thematic ingredients specifically for these nights.
During the day, you can sell items directly to Cobra. This is where you should offload all your Silver Bowls, Pearls, Gold Bars, and excess crafting materials that you don't plan to use for weapon upgrades. This provides a great midday cash injection.
Efficient staff means more customers are served before the night ends. More customers equal more tips and higher overall nightly revenue. Don't be afraid to spend money on high-end advertisements to hire staff with exceptional Cooking and Serving stats.
